Cancellation policy

All pieces from the LS x Whirlwind Jewels collection are handmade to order. Please review the following before purchasing.

Order Processing

All orders are made to order and begin production immediately after purchase. Due to the custom nature of our pieces, processing times may vary.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only. After this window, production has already begun and cancellations will not be accepted.

(This is standard for custom/pre-order items to prevent loss once production starts  )

No Changes After Processing

After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes to sizing, style, or shipping details.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All LS x WHIRLWIND pieces are considered custom-made, meaning:

• No cancellations after processing
• No refunds once production begins
• No exchanges unless item is defective

(Custom/personalized goods are commonly excluded from standard return rights  )

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Pre-Order / Limited Drops

This collection is limited and exclusive. Once an order is placed, your piece is reserved and cannot be restocked if canceled.
