Welcome to Lauren’s Swim (“Lauren’s Swim,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.laurensswim.com (the “Site”), and any purchases or services offered through the Site (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products & Handmade Nature

All Lauren’s Swim pieces are handmade to order. Because each piece is individually cut and sewn:

  • Slight variations may occur.
  • Fabric placement (including prints or lace) may vary.
  • Items may differ slightly from product photos due to lighting or screen settings.

These variations are not considered defects.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Limit quantities
  • Correct pricing errors

Payment must be received in full before production begins.

If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. All Sales Final

 

 

 

 

Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Custom pieces are also final sale.

5. Production & Shipping

 

Please allow 2–4 weeks for production unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Shipping times are separate from production times and are estimates only. Lauren’s Swim is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, customs delays, or weather-related issues once your package has shipped.


 

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

All content on this Site — including images, designs, logos, branding, product names, graphics, and text — is the property of Lauren’s Swim and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Unauthorized use of our designs or imagery is strictly prohibited

 

 

 

7. Custom Orders

 

For custom swimwear

  • Designs are approved prior to production.
  • Once approved and production begins, changes cannot be made.
  • All custom pieces are final sale.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lauren’s Swim is not liable for:

  • Improper care of garments
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our products

You agree to use our products at your own risk.

 

 

 

9. User Conduct

 

You agree not to:

  •  Use our Site for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our Services
  • Use our content or images without permission
